Terms and Conditions of gmc00 — Terms of Use

By creating a gmc00 account, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or playing any game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions. This acceptance constitutes a binding agreement between you — hereinafter referred to as the "User" — and gmc00.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not create an account or use gmc00's services. Continued use of the platform after updates to the terms are published constitutes tacit acceptance of the new conditions, provided you were notified at least 30 days in advance as described in clause 13.

To create and maintain an active account on gmc00, the User must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal.
• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information on the registration form — full name, date of birth, CPF, address, email, and mobile number.
• Not be listed on any active self-exclusion registry, whether gmc00's own or a national gambling control program.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts in accordance with the Brazilian Civil Code.

Gmc00 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the information provided. Refusing to supply documents may result in account suspension or closure.

Each User may hold only an active account on gmc00, linked to your CPF. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same CPF or someone else's details — is considered fraud and will result in the immediate closure of all accounts involved, with balances frozen.

The User is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials (email and password) confidential. Sharing account access with third parties or allowing others to use your account is prohibited and may result in closure. gmc00 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access caused by the User's own negligence in protecting their credentials.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact gmc00 support immediately via live chat or at support@gmc00.best so the necessary security measures can be taken.

• Your account is personal and non-transferable — it cannot be sold, assigned, or transferred to any third party.
• Users must keep their registration details up to date, especially their email address and mobile number.
• Gmc00 may request additional identity verification at any time, including before processing withdrawals.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may have their remaining balance subject to an administration fee, as communicated in advance to the account holder.

Gmc00 accepts only Brazilian payment methods, with all amounts in BRL (R$). The available deposit options are:

• Pix — instant, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. Minimum deposit: R$ 10.00.
• Boleto Bancário — processed within 1 business day after payment.

Gmc00 does not accept third-party deposits. The payment method used to deposit must belong to the account holder. Deposits identified as coming from third-party accounts will be reversed and the account may be suspended for investigation.

Gmc00 reserves the right to refuse or reverse deposits that show signs of fraud, money laundering, or suspicious activity, in compliance with Banco Central do Brasil regulations and applicable anti-money laundering legislation.

Withdrawals at gmc00 are processed preferably via Pix, with settlement in under 5 minutes for Pix keys registered under the account holder's CPF. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00.

For the first withdrawal or withdrawals above standard limits, gmc00 may request identity verification (KYC), which includes:

• Official government-issued photo ID (RG or CNH).
• Proof of residence issued within the last 3 months.
• Selfie with your ID document, when requested by the security team.

Identity verification protects the account holder against unauthorized withdrawals. Once KYC is approved, future withdrawals within standard limits are processed automatically with no additional review.

• Each bonus can be activated only once per User, per CPF, and per residential IP address.

• Every bonus has a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before the bonus balance can be converted into withdrawable funds.

• Gmc00 reserves the right to correct obvious odds errors (odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault) before or after a bet is confirmed, notifying the User and refunding the staked amount if they do not accept the corrected odds.
• Bets on events that are cancelled or abandoned before the minimum game time are voided, and the wagered amount is returned to the User's balance.

• Request by a competent judicial or regulatory authority.
• Account identified as belonging to a person under 18 years of age.
• Extended inactivity as previously communicated to the account holder.

In cases of suspension due to suspected fraud, the balance may be held for the duration of the investigation. If the investigation finds no irregularity, the full balance is released. If an irregularity is confirmed, the balance may be partially or fully retained in accordance with applicable law.

Gmc00 is not liable for financial losses arising solely from bets and games played on the platform, as all available categories involve inherent risk and random outcomes.

Gmc00 is also not liable for:

• Losses resulting from internet connection failures on the User's end during a gaming session.
• Betting decisions made by the User based on information obtained outside the platform.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to the User's account when caused by the account holder's own negligence in safeguarding their credentials.
• Temporary service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance announced in advance.

In cases of a verified technical failure on gmc00's end that results in direct loss to the User, the platform commits to investigating and fairly compensating the User, with each case reviewed individually by the support and compliance team.

Gmc00 may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect operational, legal, or product changes. The process for amendments is:

• Prior email notification to the User at least 30 days in advance for changes that restrict rights.
• Changes that expand User rights take effect immediately, with no need for explicit acceptance.
• Continued use of the platform after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.

The final decision of gmc00's compliance team is binding with respect to game and bet outcomes, without prejudice to the User's right to seek legal resolution under Brazilian law.
